Micro-Mesh is a unique
cushioned abrasive that
produces a very fine and
uniform scratch pattern.
The grit range is from
1500, which is close in
scale to KLINGSPOR's
600 grit, up to 12,000.
The 12,000 will leave a
scratch pattern undetectable to the human eye. Micro-Mesh
abrasives can polish to a high reflective state or leave a
matte or satin finish depending on where you stop using
the series. Micro-Mesh can be used on either bare wood
or wood finishes, wet or dry and they last 5 times longer
than ordinary sandpaper. Each kit contains 1-3" x 3" rubber
sanding block and 2 each of 9 different grits each measuring
3" x 6" (1500, 1800, 2400, 3200, 3600, 4000, 6000, 8000,
12,000). *1500 grit micro mesh has an equivalent scratch
pattern to 600 grit wet / dry paper

This relatively flexible rubber
shape will get you into those
tight corners of molding and
in and around routed edges
and plunges. Simply wrap
your sandpaper sheet around
the comfortable shape, tuck
it into the center and start
sanding without worry about
gouging or oversanding.
Reverse the sandpaper to
the inner surface to sand spindles,
channel dowels and tubing. Use standard cloth or paper
sheets in coarse, medium or fine. The Sand-Eze measures
1-3/4" around and 2-1/2".

Micro Gloss
This very concentrated, water based formulation
is used as the final step of our finishing
procedures to not only remove any residual
fine surface scratches, but to also polish to
a high gloss. Simply apply to a damp cloth
and rub briskly until the Micro Gloss is gone.
Repeat if necessary.
