Hose sections may be purchased separately. The hoses are made of tough
polyethylene that are flexible yet extremely strong and durable. Available in
the most asked for sizes: 2" x 10 ft., 4" x 10 ft., 4" x 20 ft.
"T" Connectors are for the design of a main line and a branch system to
service each machine in the shop. T's are mostly used when space or design
limitations will not allow the use of Y's.
"Y" Connectors serve the same function as T's because they enable you to
split the main line to service more than one machine.
Reducers allow you to step down from a larger main line to smaller branch
lines. This step down increases air velocity near the machine where it's needed
most. Three sizes are available from 4" to 3", from 3" to 2" and 4" to 2 W'.
Splices round out the full line of special fittings for dust collection. When you
need to connect full sections of hose for longer runs or to use small sections,
simply clamp in a splice and you're all set.
Plastic Blastgates, available in 3", 4", 5" and 6" are an economical and
efficient way to close off a hose not in use and regulate air flow where you
need it and when you need it.
Elbows are necessary whenever ductwork changes direction, such as
from the dust collector to an overhead main line and when connecting individual
machines to branch lines. Available in 3" & 4".
